Tae Kwon Do classes take place daily on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Classes last one hour and may begin on the hour between 5pm and 8pm. Students are recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to change and stretch properly before class.
